Vogue UA Conference 2019
Last Friday, we were attending one of the most awaiting events of the year - Vogue UA Fashion & Business Conference 2019. The topic of the event this year was Innovation & Sustainability.
We had a chance to listen to the bright and creative speakers: Julie Bogaert - Strategic Partnerships EMEA - Emerging Talent at Facebook and Instagram; Kutay Saritosun - Director of fashion brands at Bluesign technologies, Guest Lecturer and Mentor for Sustainable Fashion Seasonal Course at Polimoda; Cameron-James Wilson - Visual Artist and former fashion photographer, CEO of The Diigitals Agency and creator of @shudu.gram @brenn.gram @koffi.gram; Virginia Chadwyck-Healey -Brand Consultant, presenter, personal stylist (Former Vogue UK Retail Editor); Ashley McDonnel - Auto-Luxury Account Manager at Google; Kayla Marci - Market Analyst at EDITED; Karina Dobrotvorskaya - Executive Director, Editorial Development at Condé Nast International; Natasha Zinko - Designer of Natasha Zinko.
It was like a look in a future of the fashion industry with digital models and responsible retailers. As the topic of sustainability in fashion is so important today, it is our responsibility to at least be aware of the problem and start to think about our contribution. A big transformation is already on it's way and it was very useful to listen about it from different angles and points of view: from the chemistry importance to influencer marketing evolution.
Thank you, Vogue UA, for the event and looking forward to the next one in 2020.
